This podcast is a little bit of a rant. I love pastors and my heart breaks for my fellow pastors who are struggling.

Maybe the whole model of the modern-day Senior Pastor is unhealthy and broken. In this podcast, I give my thoughts on why the Senior Pastor model is unbiblical, unhealthy, and ineffective.

January 2021 - 29% yes

October 2021 - 38% yes (increased 9%)

Of the 38%

Over 45 years old = 34% considered quitting
Under 45 years old = 46% considered quitting

Only 1 in 3 of pastors rate themselves as "Healthy" in terms of their "well-being"
